The store has the right to cancel the order if one of the products is not available, and the customer has the right to exchange within 7 days only and return within 3 days only from the date of the shipment’s arrival to you.
1- The product must be in its original condition and not used.
2- Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (clothes, cups, custom-printed cards, and custom-made acrylic products, unless they are received damaged, in which case they will be exchanged)
3- The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of replacement or return.
4- The refund will be for the returned products only, and other fees such as shipping fees or cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
Return/Exchange Fee Cost
The cost of return and exchange fees varies with shipping companies according to what is agreed upon with the companies and is transferred to one of our bank accounts.
Return fee is 45 riyals and replacement fee is 45 riyals. (Including 15% VAT)
Return and exchange fees are 30.00 SAR.

• The name of the product to be replaced, along with the required size, color, and quantity.
• You will be informed of the method of returning the order and serving you directly once your order is received and the integrity of the piece and its accessories is confirmed.
