SPACE is an online store and shop specialized in gifts, from natural flowers, chocolates, accessories, or products related to gifts in all their forms.
When opening a new account, we collect the customer’s registration information such as name, email, shipping address, mobile number, and it must be filled out.
This information is to complete the registration process. We also collect purchase and preference data.

We will use your personal information primarily to provide our products and services to you, for example: to administer and deliver the products and services you request, to contact you if any of the products or services you request are not available, for record keeping purposes, and to provide you with the latest offers. The color difference in natural or artificial roses is common and significant, so we at "SPACE" do not commit to the color being exactly as shown in the picture due to the color difference as is known in colors and their shades. We do our best to ensure that the color is as it is according to the effort expended.
The client has the right to request the design he wants in the colors and shape he wants, provided that the design does not contain anything that violates customs and traditions, such as indecent or inappropriate images.
The proofs of the work and the final work are shown to the client in PNG format and the client has no right to exploit the image in any way.
The client has the right to modify the design as he sees fit before final approval of the work.
The client has the right to reject the design only once after reviewing the image, stating the reasons, and on condition that he sends us specific data and information that will be used in the new proof.
The client must follow up on the work continuously to avoid any delay in the agreed period. If the client neglects to follow up on the design for a maximum period of 15 days, a similar period will be worked on for the request again.
If the client changes his mind regarding the requested design after it has been completed and the proof has been presented to him, he shall bear this change and shall lose his right to recover any amounts paid.
If the client approves the final result of the work, implementation begins.
The client has no right to remove the rights of the Space Foundation from the design.
Fadaa Foundation reserves the right to publish the design after implementation on our websites and social media pages unless it contains the family name, contact number, or personal photos.
If the customer wishes to remove the company’s design rights, a cost of 40% of the total cost of the order will be added to the order.
